About Me

Facing change is one of the hardest challenges we may face, especially if that change involves our health.  I’m Anthony Taylor.  I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner.  I’m a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Certification Program at Cornell University.  I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health and Wellness Coach through American Fitness Professionals and Associates. I’m a Wellness Consultant thru The Atkins Institute for Prevention and Wellness. I am also a level 2 Reiki Practitioner.  I specialize in nutrition and wellness programs as well as detox programs.  All of my programs are based on science and research.  The latest research points to how the 10 leading causes of death are greatly affected by nutrition and lifestyle.  So, nutrition really is the key behind many of our health problems, not all but many.  The key to all these fancy titles and certifications I’ve acquired is HOW CAN I HELP YOU!  Well, I’ve been there.  Twenty-nine years ago I became a vegetarian.  I didn’t know much about it except they didn’t eat meat.   So, I became a junk food vegetarian.  As a consequence, my blood pressure was in the 140’s for years, my blood sugar was sky high and I was starting to have prostate problems and I wasn’t even 35 yet.  Because of a bad family history of diabetes and heart disease (my father had quadruple bypass surgery twice), I began to educate myself on nutrition and cleansing.  Today, through cleansing, diet modification, meditation and exercise my blood pressure is 118/88, blood sugars are normal and no prostate problems.  My energy level is through the roof (I did the MS 150 in 2018, Big Dam Ride in 2021, Katy Flatland in 2022).  I feel great, and best of all NO MEDS.  Together, let’s explore this New Nutritional Paradigm.

Life definitely doesn't come without its tragedies and challenges. On August 7, 2021 tragedy struck my family when a drunk driver hit and killed my daughter. Daniela (Dani) was a second year nurse at the heart transplant hospital in San Antonio, Tx. She loved life and had a tremendous passion for her profession. She was loved and admired by her patients, family and friends.

That's what angels do"
